Phoenix Heliparts, Inc. staffs four full time engineers to meet the evolving needs of its customers. Each engineer holds a bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State University and specializes in everything from structural analysis to aircraft propulsion. The department’s abilities are reinforced by a strong network of FAA Designated Engineering Representatives (DER) producing quick engineering data approvals for major repairs and alterations.

Our engineering department utilizes modern 3D modeling software for rapid prototyping and testing before ever cutting a single piece of material. This process reduces multiple physical prototypes and yields lower cost to our customers. Our engineering department’s close shop floor proximity creates a direct connection between engineering theory and real-world practice resulting in quick problem resolutions.
