This 8110-3 supported the repair of the canted beam in a MD 369D helicopter. The canted beam repair was necessary due to damage resulting from the vibration of an oil cooling duct located directly aft of the canted beam. The 8110-3 provided Approved data with which to repair the canted beam.

» Aft Cargo Floor Replacement
This 8110-3 supports the removal and replacement of the Aft Cargo Floor in MD 369 Series Helicopters. The removal of the cargo floor is necessary when repairing the belly skin of the MD 369. This includes removal of all the rivets, lateral stiffeners, and the cargo floor. All new rivets, lateral stiffeners, and cargo floor are re-installed.

» Auto-Reignition Conversion
This 8110-3 supports the upgrade of a portion of the Auto Re-Ignition System originally installed on MD369D Series Helicopters. The original Auto Re-Ignition System is outdated and replacement parts are very difficult to obtain. The newer system available from MD Helicopters is typically installed as part of the Engine Conversion from the Rolls-Royse 250-C20B to the 250-C20R/2. This 8110-3 supports the alteration without the engine conversion.

» LED Landing and Map Lights
This 8110-3 supports the installation of the Whelen LED ForwardPosition Lights or Aerodynamics Inc. LED Forward Position Lights, both Red and Green. These lights are a direct replacement for the MD369 factory Whelen Model #W1250 landing gear position lights. It also supports the installation of the LED cabin map lights, replacing the factory installed incandescent bulbs.

» Compressor Plenum Inspection Panel
This 8110-3 supports the manufacturing, installation, and inspection of a Compressor Plenum Inspection Panel into a MD 369 (Army YOH-6A), 369A (Army OH-6A), 369H/HM/HS/HE/D/E/F/FF, 500N, and 600N Series helicopter. The panel allows for a direct visual inspection of the engine inlet without removing the engine from the aircraft.

» Forward Air Distribution System
This 8110-3 supports the fabrication and installation of a custom Forward Air Distribution System onto the Slimline panel in a MD369E nose frame. The Integrated Flight Systems Air Conditioning System has a Forward Air Distribution System that integrates with a T-Shaped Instrument Panel configuration, but not the Slimline configuration, requiring Phoenix Heliparts to develop a custom solution.
