Major Damage:
  1. Boom fairing had a previous repair with poor workmanship.
  2. Bulkhead damage due to chaffing.
  3. Fuselage skins had a previous repair with poor workmanship.
  4. Damage to 2 aft door frame skins.
Repair:
  1. Removed boom fairing skin.
  2. Removed damaged fuselage skins.
  3. Removed aft door frame skins.
  4. Fabricated and installed gusset on boom fairing.
  5. Installed doublers and shims on bulkhead.
  6. Installed new fuselage skins.
  7. Fabricated and installed 2 new aft door frame skins.

  1. Center Belly Keel Cap Sheared by Camera Mount
  2. Front Keel Web Buckled
  3. Belly Skin Damage Due to L/H Gear Collapse
Repair:
  1. Removed Aft Floor
  2. Remove Fuel cell Liners
  3. Remove Belly Skins
  4. Install new Fwd. Keel
  5. Install new Keel Cap
  6. Install new Belly Skins
  7. Install Repaired Fuel cell Liner, proseal Rivet Heads instead of tape.
  8. Fabricate new Engineered Aft floor FAA 8110-3, 0.025 thick.
